Who we are

Please don't include sensitive information, such as health details, unless it's relevant to your application, for example if you're asking about disability support.
You don't have to give us any information, but we can't reply to you or support your application without your contact details. We don't make decisions about you by automated means.
How long we keep it
| Enquiries | 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you go on to work with us. |
|---|---|
| Application support | While we're supporting your application and for 2 years afterwards, so we can help with follow-up questions. |
| Spam protection | Your IP address is held in memory for 15 seconds to stop repeat form submissions, then forgotten. |
| Server logs | For a short period, in line with our hosting provider's standard settings. Email addresses in our logs are partly hidden. |
Transfers outside the UK
Google and Unsplash are based in the United States, and our other providers may also store or process information outside the UK. When personal information leaves the UK, it's protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as adequacy regulations or approved contract terms.
How we protect it
- We don't keep a website database. Form submissions go straight to our inbox and are not stored on our web server.
- Our forms check every submission and block spam automatically.
- Our server logs hide most of your email address.
- Only the KMS London team handling your enquiry or application can see your details.

Ask us to delete your information.
